Publishing Options Settings (Students Only)
These publishing options settings are available to students only.
- Go to https://netid.queensu.ca
- Enter your NetID and password
- Select the Publishing Options Settings tab
- The Publishing Options Settings

Queen's Online Directory
- By default, your information will not be published in the Queen's Online Directory.
- If you would like your Degree and/or Program to be displayed to the public, uncheck the box
- If you would like your Queen's email address to be displayed to the public, uncheck the box

Queen's Global Address List (GAL)
- By default, your email address will be published in the Queen's Global Address List.
- The Queen's Global Address LIst (GAL) is accessible only to active members of Queen's University.
- If you would prefer that your Queen's email address not be published in the Queen's Global Address List, check the box.
- Click the Save button.
- Changes to your publishing options will be processed overnight.
