Webmail - Using Firefox for Mac
To Change Your Stored Password
- Open up Firefox
- Click on the Firefox Menu on the top left hand side of the screen
- Click Preferences
- Click on the Security tab
- Go to the Passwords section
- Click on Saved Passwords
- Highlight the site that has a saved password
- Choose Remove
- Click Close
- Go to qwa.queensu.ca (staff/faculty/grad students) or http://outlook.com/queensu.ca (undergraduate students) and Firefox will prompt you to save the password you enter
- Choose Remember from the prompt at the top of the screen
To Remove Your Stored Password
- Follow steps 1 - 4 listed above
- Uncheck the "Remember passwords for sites" box
- Click on Saved Passwords
- Click on Remove All
- Click Close
