Webmail - Using Firefox (latest version for Windows)

 

To Change Your Stored Password

  1. Open up Firefox
  2. Click on Tools and go to Options
  3. Click on the Security icon
  4. Go to the Passwords section
  5. Click on Saved Passwords
  6. Highlight the site that has a saved password
  7. Choose Remove
  8. Click Close
  9. Go to webmail.queensu.ca and Firefox will prompt you to save the password you enter
  10. Choose Remember from the prompt at the top of the screen

To Remove Your Stored Password

  1. Follow steps 1 - 4 listed above
  2. Uncheck the box that is beside Remember passwords for sites
  3. Click on Saved Passwords
  4. Click on Remove All
  5. Click Close
