Configuring MacOSX 10.5 Leopard to Connect to eduroam

  1. Ensure you have an activated netid
You must have an activated netid to connect to the eduroam service. Most users will have already completed this step at some point. However as a precautionary measure you should go to https://eservices.queensu.ca/apps/mynetid/loginPage.do and login. This will ensure your account is properly activated. It may take up to an hour for the account to complete its activation. So if it does not first connect, please be patient.

  2. Locate eduroam wireless network
    • In the top right hand corner of your screen you will see the wireless communication icon.
    • Click it and locate eduroam in the list.
