Configure Queen's Secure Wireless WPA2 via Ida
Notes:
Using Ida to configure your Wireless WPA2 connection requires that you already have a connection to the internet.
If the Ida tweak fails and you have a foreign language OS you will need to follow the manual setup instructions for WPA2.
Open
Ida
either by clicking on the desktop icon or the Ida icon in the System tray
Select
Task Manager
The
Task Manager
screen will open
Click the
Tweaks
menu to open it
Click
Add...
The
Add Tweaks
screen will open
Check the box beside
Configure Queen's Secure Wireless WPA2
Click the
Add
button
The
Ida Task Manager
screen will open
The Check box beside
Configure Queen's Secure Wireless WPA2
should be checked
Click the
Submit
button
The
Authentication Required
screen will open
In the
NetID:
box enter your
Queen's NetID
In the
Password:
box enter your
NetID password
Click the
OK
button
