Each year, the New Media Consortium (NMC) collaborates with experts from around the world to predict trends in global emerging technologies. This year's NMC Horizon Project has released its report on the technology outlook for STEM+ (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Communications and Digital Media) Education.
Technology Outlook for STEM+ Education 2012-2017 positions cloud computing not only in front, but as part of both the first and second of four technologies that will be adopted this year.
