Queen's IT Top Ranked in Globe and Mail Student Satisfaction Survey

Queen's has been ranked at the top of medium-sized universities for student satisfaction with technology in the Globe and Mail's "Canadian University Report". Survey information specific to Queen's University can be found using their Campus Navigator tool.

 

Queen's 'A' ranking in information technology was calculated based upon:

  • the measurement of speed of on-campus Internet connection;
  • availability of computers on-campus;
  • access to course/teaching materials on-line; and
  • labs and research equipment.

The report comprises a number of articles about campus life, including two that are IT-related: "Chips and apps: How emerging tech will change education" and "Do smartphones make the grade in university?"
