The ITSC is extending our support hours for better service!

Whether you’re just starting at Queen’s for the winter semester or getting back into the swing of things for the New Year, the IT Support Centre (ITSC) is here to help! From January 4 until January 8, 2016, the ITSC will be extending our telephone and web submit (Online Help Form) hours.

Regular posted hours remain in place for both the ITSC Walk-in Support Desk and for all other IT services during this time.

Telephone support: 8 am until 8 pm

Online Help Form: 8 am until 8 pm

Walk-in support: 9 am until 4 pm (closed between noon and 1 pm)
