MyHR Self-Service at your fingertips!

Say goodbye to paper pay advice slips! MyHR, a new self-service tool available to Queen’s employees, stores your pay advice slips online. Starting in November, Queen’s employees should now log in to MyHR to retrieve their pay advice slips.

Hands holding a computer mouse and keyboardHave you ever wanted to change your home address or banking information without going through the hassle of printing off a form, filling it out and sending it to go through yet another process by someone else? Rather than go through the time-consuming, paper-based procedure to change personal information, employees can now access the MyHR self-serve tool online anytime!

The process is simple! Just visit MyQueensU and log in using your employee NetID and password. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see a MyHR tab on the Home screen or use the link in the My Applications section that will direct you to MyHR where you can:

  • Add and update your direct deposit information
  • Add and update your emergency contact information
  • View and print your pay advice slips
  • View your benefits summary

All employees at Queen’s have an email address based upon their NetID.  Human Resources will now be using your Queen’s employee email address for sending important financial or Human Resources-related messages to employees. If you do not know your employee NetID speak to your ITAdmin Rep or contact the IT Support Centre.

Due to the sensitive nature of the information that can be accessed through MyHR, it is imperative that users keep their NetID and password safe. A compromised account means hackers can access your home address or change your banking information. ITS will never ask users for their NetID password nor the answers to their challenge questions. Visit the ITS Strong Passwords page for tips on developing a secure password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact the IT Support Centre by phone 613-533-6666 or by filling in the online help form.
