The Campus Computer store is closing!

The Campus Computer Store (CCS) will be closing on April 1st, 2016 after almost 30 years of serving the Queen’s community.

Please note that for the month of March, the CCS will be operating under reduced business hours. The store will be open Monday to Friday from 9 am until noon and 1-4 pm until the end of March.

Be advised that should you require assistance at the store, it is best to make an appointment by calling 613-533-2058 or sending an email to in advance.


What you need to know about…

  1. The CCS Phone Plan
    • The CCS phone plan will remain a service of ITS following closure of the store. Customers can email for new or existing phone plans until April 1, 2016. Visit the CCS Mobile Phone Plans page for information on the available options. More details will be available in early April 2016 for new phone plan customers.
  2. Departmental orders

    • Visit the ITS Supported Software page for more information on software and instructions on how to obtain it.
  4. Personal IT Purchases
    • Personal IT purchases such as cables and headphones can be made at the Campus Bookstore. For larger items such as computers or printers, please visit the Employee Discounts page of the Strategic Procurement Services website.
