The Queen’s Address Book (LDAP Directory) contains listings for all faculty, staff, and students unless they have set their privacy settings not to list their email address in the Queen’s Address Book. If you configure your email client to use this Address Book, it becomes available to be searched whenever you want to send an email to anyone at Queen’s. To configure Outlook 2010 to use the Queen's Address Book, follow these simple steps:
1. Launch Outlook
Once you have restarted Outlook you will be able to use the LDAP directory service to look up email addresses for people at Queen's University.
