Q. When I try to use Remote Desktop for Mac it shows a certificate.  Should I accept the certificate?

Review the certificate.  If the address matches the service you are accessing (ex. its-ts03.ad.queensu.ca or qdg.queensu.ca) accept the certificate. ITS is currently using a self-signed certificates for its-ts03.ad.queensu.ca and a certificate issued by Entrust Certification Authority - L1C  for qdg.queensu.ca
