Q. What is Sway?
Sway is a presentation program by Microsoft that allows users to create and share interactive reports, presentations, personal stories, and more.

Q. How do I access Sway on the web?
Sway can be accessed from the Office 365 app launcher after logging in to Office 365 at: https://office.com/signin or from your web browser by visiting https://sway.com/signin and then sign in using your Queen's Office 365 account
Q. Can I share my Sway with individuals outside of Queen's University?
Yes, external sharing of Sways in enabled. You can share your Sway with external users by sharing with Anyone with a link. When you share using a link, only the people who have been given the link to your Sway will be able to view or edit it.
Sway is an online service that requires an Internet connection and needs to remain online to manage the layout of your content.
Q. Can I print a Sway?
Sway is an online service for visualizing and managing interactive content. Although Sway documents are best viewed digitally, you can print your Sway content statically by clicking the '' and selecting Print.
