Flow

Microsoft Flow is part of the Office 365 suite of software. Flow is an online workflow service that enables you to work more efficiently by automating workflows across common apps and services. With Flow, you can create workflows between your apps, files, and data to automate time-consuming or repetitive tasks.

Getting Started

Who Can Have It?

  • Flow is part of the Office 365 suite of web-based (cloud) services available to all current students, staff and faculty of Queen's University with an active Queen's NetID@queensu.ca email account
  • Alumni and retired staff and faculty are not eligible for Flow

Are There Any Costs?

  • Flow is part of Office 365 service and provided at no cost to eligible users
  • Users are responsible for any personal ISP/cellular arising data charges

How Do I Get It?

What if I Leave Queen's?

  • Please see the Office 365 section of the Service Termination Dates page for details on when service will be discontinued following departure from Queen's

  • Flow supports Microsoft Edge and the current versions of Chrome or Safari.
