Registration Process

 

Registration is required for all Workshops and Lectures.

 

Starting August 2010, ITServices has moved to a new workshop registration system, which is part of the Moodle Learning Management System. A complete listing of all of our events is available on the Workshop Descriptions page of our online registration system. All registration will now take place in Moodle.

 

Accessing the Workshop Registration System

 

  1. Go to the Workshop Registration System.
  2. Log in with your NetID and password.
  3. If you see a screen titled “Enrolment options”, click the Enrol me button.

You are now in the Workshop Registration System.

 

Unregistering for a Workshop

 

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours in advance of a workshop. To remove yourself from a workshop, please do so from the Registration System:

 

  • Login to the Registration System.
  • Select the workshop for which you have registered.
  • Under Options, click the "Cancel booking" link.
  • Confirm that you would like to cancel your booking by clicking the "Cancel booking" button.
  • You will receive a notification email, confirming your cancellation.

If you are unable to access the Registration System , please send an email to the ITServices Training Coordinator . NOTE: If you register for a session and do not attend and do not cancel your registration, there is a $75.00 charge.
