QCARD
QCARD is Queen's Computerized Access and Registration Database. Students may access QCARD and make changes to their address, add and drop courses, submit course selections, and register in the fall. In addition, students no longer registered may continue to access QCARD.
Getting Started
You can access QCARD through the MyQueen's Portal. Simply login (https://my.queensu.ca/portal/dt) and click the QCARD link on the top right-hand side of the screen. Logging into MyQueen's Portal requires a NetID and password.
Note: Returning students (students who enrolled prior to 2007) can continue to access QCARD via http://www.qcard.queensu.ca/.

Password Change:
QCARD uses your NetID for authentication, therefore changing your QCARD password requires changing your NetID password. See the NetID page for more information.
Using QCARD you can:
- keep your address up to date
- look at course sections offered (slot, room, building and time)
- pre-register at certain times of the year
- register at certain times of the year
- look at your daily class schedule
- print your verification of enrolment
- look at courses you have completed or are taking, including marks (marks suppressed if you have a debt owing)
- add and drop courses after registration in September (excluding graduate students)
- look at your fee account (charges, payments, and current balance)
- look at your OSAP/Award status
- look at responses to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- order transcripts
- print/view your Tuition, Education and Textbook Amounts Certificate (T2202A)
- apply to graduate
