QShare 7.2 Tutorials

The following tutorials provide an introduction and step-by-step instructions on how to use various features of QShare.

The tutorials are available as web pages and/or as videos.

The videos were created using Camtasia and should be accessible in any web browser. Each video contains control buttons that allow you to start, stop, and pause the video.

  is a brief overview of what QShare is and samples of what it can be used for.

  Introduces the five main areas of the screen: Main Menu, Main Tabs, Navigation Toolbar, Toolbar Buttons and the Document Manager Grid.

  Includes a description of uploading files from your hard drive to QShare using the Advanced Upload feature in QShare.

  This documentation is intended for Administrators of a Group or Departmental QShare space.  


• The Xythos Drive Client (HTML)
  Is a software program you install on your computer that allows you to work with QShare folder and files as if you were accessing another drive in your computer.  The Xythos Drive Client is available to Groups. For more information Xythos Drive Client page .
