Service Statistics & Metrics
ITS is excited to introduce real-time and historical reporting of statistics (and eventually metrics) for the services we provide to the Queen’s community. In this initial stage, ITS will publish the following graphical reports:
- Core Service Availability and Responsiveness for major applications
- PeopleSoft Support Statistics summarizes the work activity of the PeopleSoft System Analysts Team
- IT Support Centre Statistics convey the overall demand on the Support Centre, and distribution of issues across several interesting categories.
