Reserve an ITServices Site
Several ITServices computing facilities may be booked for classes, either on a per-term or an ad hoc basis.
Per-Term Bookable Sites (no ad hoc bookings)
- Jeffery 155/157 - bookable through the Office of the University Registrar's timetabling office (timetabl@queensu.ca) for recurring course bookings on a per-term basis.
Ad Hoc Basis Only
- Jeffery 156 - bookable through the ITServices department main office (g13-l@lists.queensu.ca) for Queens Faculty and Staff. When requesting to book this site, please provide the following information:
- Name
- Department
- Phone
- Name of trainer
- Dates requested
- Purpose of training
- Software required
- Mac-Corry E208 - bookable through the Geography department main office for either on a per-term or an ad hoc basis.
- Kingston 313 - bookable through the French department main office for either on a per-term or an ad hoc basis.
- Jeffrey 156 Booking for External Groups.
