Packman Tutorial

 

After Installing:

After you have installed Packman, you will see the 'Packman Launch Pad' icon on your desktop. Double-clicking this icon opens the Launch Pad which is the main access for users to Packman's services. You should take a moment to assess the various options and familiarize yourself with Packman by double-clicking the 01 Instructions icon which launches the Help file and is an invaluable source of information. There are a collection of applications which Packman distributes. Ida provides newer versions of many, but there are some still in use that are only available in Packman.

  • Packman LaunchPad
  • Packman FAQs
  • select the Trouble Report in the Packman LaunchPad
  • send e-mail to packman at queensu.ca (replace at with the @ sign)
