Find Help with IT
Need help with IT? Don't know where to find help for using IT at Queen's? ITServices is a good place to start.
To find information online:
- Visit the IT Support Centre (ITSC) Website! The ITSC maintains a collection of FAQs on the Web based on common IT issues brought to the attention of support staff.
- Consult a category of service offered through ITServices. A list of general categories is listed on the ITServices main page. Click on a category name to access more information about the specific areas of service available.
- Consult the "A to Z" list linked from the navigation bar. The Site A to Z lists information that is available through the ITServices Website. Click on any item in the list to access more information about that service.
- Search the ITServices Website using the search bar above. You can search our website for a given topic.
To find older ITServices online documents:
- There are ITServices Archived Documents available online. Archived documents will not be hosted for an unlimited amount of time, so we recommend any users who consult these documents to search for more up-to-date information elsewhere on our site.
For help over the phone or in person:
- Contact the IT Support Centre. You can reach them by phone at 613-533-6666, or walk-in to Stauffer Library Room 119. ITSC hours are posted on the ITSC Website.
If the information you're looking for isn't listed on this page, try going to the IT Support Centre or contact ITServices.
