ITServices endeavors to support the use of handheld and mobile devices for use on Queen’s Campus. We will provide support for these devices with documentation where possible. Due to variations in device operating systems because of manufacture modifications, there will be times when ITServices will provide referrals to vendor online support, or vendor email/phone support.
