  1. Go to Settings menu
  2. Tap Accounts & Sync (if you don't have this option, go to the next step)
  3. Tap Add account
  4. Choose Email account (the envelope with the yellow letter). Note: some devices have an Exchange Active sync option; if yours does, use that.
  5. Put in your full email address in the email address field using format only
  6. Click Next
  7. Select Exchange
  8. In the Domain/User Name field, delete whatever is in there (including the slash)
  9. Enter your full email address using format only
  10. In the Server field, remove whatever is in there and enter
  11. Make sure SSL is checked
  12. Check Accept all SSL certificates
  13. Click Next
  14. Click OK if prompted for Remote Security Access
  15. Click Next
  16. If you see Activate device administrator, tap Activate
  17. Name your account on the device - enter the name of your choice
  18. Click Next
