Delete a Queen's Email Account


  1. On the Home screen of your device, tap the Settings icon

  2. The Settings screen will open
    • Scroll down until you see Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap that option
  3. The Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen will open
    • Select your Queen's Email account
  4. Your Queen's email account information will be displayed
    • Tap  the Delete Account button at the bottom of the screen 
  5. The Deleting the account warning will be displayed.  Don't worry - your email, calendar, contacts, and reminders are waiting for you in Office 365
    • Click the Delete Account button


Add a Queen's Email Account


  1. Tap Settings

  2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
    • Select Add Account
  3. Choose Microsoft Exchange
    • Email: enter your full email address using format only
    • Password: enter your NetID password
    • Description: enter a name of your choosing for the account
    • Tap Next
  4. The server name should auto-populate 
    • If the server is not detected, please enter in the server field.
    • In the Email: field enter your full email address using format only
    • In the Password: field enter your NetID password
    • Tap Done
  5. Select what features (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes) you would like to sync on your device
    • Tap Save
  6. You are now ready to use your Office 365 account on your device.
