Handsfree Polycom Conference Phone Loans

 

Polycom conference phones are loaned out on a first-come, first-served basis.  There is no charge to use the phone, but a university account is needed for any long distance charges.

 

Getting Started

• Advanced bookings are coordinated through the departmental ITAdmin Rep. Just provide them with the following information for the booking:
  • Date
  • Time Needed (start time->end time)
  • Room
  • Account Number
  • Your ITAdmin Rep will then submit your request to startrek@queensu.ca

 

Eligibility:

• Any student office, faculty, or staff.

Additional Information

• Polycom phones require an analog phone jack. Only certain rooms on campus have them.
• To find out if your department has one, call Marie @ 75771 or Jim @ 75981.
  
• There are also public rooms on campus with analog phone jacks, which are booked through Room Reservations.  However, the phone and/or line will still need to be booked by your ITAdmin Rep.
