If your department would like to have a board room or office wired with an analog jack for conference (startrek) phone use, and this room could be shared with other departments on campus, the cost is $110.00 for the jack installation plus any additional wiring that may be required (estimates can be provided for this).
Your ITAdmin Rep would be responsible for reserving the line each time for your scheduled call by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This setup would save your department the $21.09 monthly line charge. The lines are booked on a first-come first-served basis. We activate the line at the time of your call.
The request for the analog jack installation would be completed within 5 business days (unless additional wiring is needed).
