CONFERENCE FEE AND RECEIPTS: The general conference fee includes all events, hospitality, and materials during the conference. Student registration does not include the conference dinner, but is an optional choice for an additional fee. Receipts are sent electronically upon registration. US Department of Defense (DoD) registration has an option to include the meal plan, the receipt will include per diem details. If a receipt is not accessible electronically, please contact KCIS@queensu.ca to request a copy.
REGISTRATION: Registration check-in will take place each morning. Upon check-in you will receive a conference package containing the final agenda, brochure, name tag, and directions to the various conference venues.
VIDEO, AUDIO RECORDING and PHOTOGRAPHS: The conference presentations, keynotes and discussions are both video and audio recorded for the purposes of web publication. A media waiver is signed by all presenters. if you do not wish to be photographed, please identify this request during registration.
COMPUTER ACCESS: There is complimentary wireless connectivity on the lobby level and within the meeting rooms of the Marriott Hotel. Login information will be available from the front desk staff or any of the conference personnel. In addition, the hotel also has a small business centre available for printing etc. Charges may apply.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STAFF: Conference staff will be available throughout the conference to provide support and assistance. During all panel sessions and keynote addresses, staff will be located in both the Conference hall and Admin centre.
