Queen's University

Learning Strategies Development is an academic support service designed for the use of Queen's University undergraduate and graduate students, teaching and support staff, and parents.

This site contains quick tips and modules with more comprehensive strategies to enhance student learning and performance, and information on how to access our other services.

Students can go to the Undergraduate Student or Graduate Student tabs for specific information on learning, study and performance skills such as organizing and managing time, critical reading, exam study methods, and presentation skills.

Faculty, Teaching Assistants (TAs) and staff can use this site to request a class presentation or learn how to refer a student for a consult or workshop.

Parents can gain an understanding of the student's experience in making the transition to Queen's, and find relevant resources.

Students can also find out about volunteering with Learning Strategies Development.

Learning Strategies Development is a partner in the Queen's Learning Commons and a unit of Health, Counselling and Disability Services.
