Change from Development Studies Semester in Shanghai Program to Languages, Literatures and Cultures Semester in Shanghai
Since 2005, Queen’s has offered a very successful joint program with Fudan University (the Development Studies Semester in Shanghai), open to 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students from Queen’s Faculty of Arts and Science. The Program, which takes place in the Fall semester, sees Queen’s and Fudan students studying together in two integrated courses, while Queen’s students study alone in one core course, and one optional course. Approximately 15 Queen’s students per year are enrolled in the Program.
In response to growing demand from students from a wider spectrum of departments, the Program was enriched by a cultural and language component and will now be administered by the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures (LLCU).
An information session is planned for Wednesday, February 6, 5 – 6 pm, in Room D207, Mackintosh-Corry Hall. Interested undergraduate students are invited to attend.
Please contact the International Programs Office or the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures for more details.
