Welcome to the School of Music website, providing you with information about  degree offerings and application procedures. We invite you to read a welcome message from the Director of the School.

Our programs have earned a reputation for being both comprehensive and flexible, allowing students to explore many of their interests. You may pursue courses in one or a combination of the following areas: theory/composition, music education, musicology/ethnomusicology, music technology and performance. It is also possible to combine music and education degrees in the very successful concurrent education program.

    2012 Faculty Artist Series - Solo Piano Recital (rescheduled date)

    2012 Faculty Artist Series presents, Solo Piano Rectial from Cynthia Szabo-Tormann. Admission: $20 adults, $12 seniors, $8 students. A series subscription is also available. Contact Queen's Performing Arts Office (613-533-2558).

    Broadway: Live in Concert

    Sadly, the School of Music had to cancel its fundraising concert on Friday, 8 February, due to the weather.  We would like to offer the following options for ticket holders: 1)  A Broadway Live in Concert ticket can be used for any or all of our year-end ensemble concerts (March 19-22). 2) We are happy to be able to offer you a refund - Please call the PAO Office 613-533-2558. 3) Please consider turning your ticket into a donation-please call the School, 613-533-2066.
