Large group choral ensemble experience for mixed voices. Course includes weekly rehearsals of a wide variety of repertoire, and a minimum of one concert per term for all students. Credit attained only with regular attendance, active participation, and ample preparation.
NOTE: Placement is made at the discretion of the School of Music, after audition.
Rehearsals will be held in IBCPA 105 on Tuesday & Thursday, 7.00-8.30 pm. Students who are not enrolled for credit or audit must pay a $50 music fee to participate in this ensemble. This fee goes to support the purchase of music for the Choral Library - be prepared to bring your music fee to the second rehearsal.

Auditions will be held on Monday, Sept. 8, from 6.30-9.30 pm, HLH 213. Be prepared to sing O Canada or another piece of music from memory. Former members of Queen's Choral Ensemble intending to return, or former members of Polyhymnia desiring to sing with Queen's Choral Ensemble, should contact Dr. Sirett prior to the audition dates indicating your intention, including interest in singing in a small chamber choir. The first rehearsal will be Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, IBCPA 105.
Students participating in this ensemble are financially responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or unreturned music.
