Established by family and friends in memory of Professor Margaret E. M. McLellan, Associate of the Royal College of Music, and Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music, who taught in the School of Music at Queen's University for twenty-six years. Awarded on the recommendation of the School of Music to a student in the Bachelor of Music program, whose major instrument is piano, and whose concentration is collaborative piano or piano performance. Preference will be given to students entering the second, third or fourth year of the program.
