Established by Irving and Regina Rosen, music lovers and patrons of the arts in Kingston. Awarded on the recommendation of the School of Music, with preference given to a student entering the first year of the Bachelor of Music program on the basis of academic accomplishment and financial need. Application forms are available from your high school or from the Associate Registrar (Student Awards) and should be submitted to the Student Awards Office by 15 March.
