The University Club

The Centre for Neuroscience Studies is pleased to announce Neuroscience Research Day to be held on Tuesday October 2^nd, 2012 at the University Club.   The event will feature:  i) a talk profiling one neuroscience lab at Queen’s ii) a talk by the Centre for Neuroscience Studies PhD Achievement Award Recipient iii) Dr. Peter Taylor as Keynote Speaker and iv)a poster session and light buffet/refreshments (see preliminary program). 

To foster greater sharing of the breadth of neuroscience research at Queen’s University we invite labs to submit posters outlining their overall program of research in addition to individual poster submissions by trainees.  Anyone involved in neuroscience research at Queen’s University is invited to attend. 

Trainees in the Neuroscience Graduate program are required to attend research day and strongly encouraged to submit a poster.  Poster submissions are to be made by submitting an email to Kelly Moore at kmm@queensu.ca with the Poster Title, Poster Authors, and Authors Affiliations.  Please do not submit full abstracts.  Poster Submission deadline is Wednesday September 26^th.
