Intramural teams show spirit at BEWIC Sports Days

BEWIC Sports Days, Queen's popular co-ed multi-sport tournament, returns to campus on Friday, Jan. 16 and Saturday, Jan. 17. The intramural tradition incorporates 32 co-ed teams of at least 30 players in a 4-sport tournament marathon. Each year, teams show off their spirit by developing outlandish themes in an effort to become the overall event champion.

Participants are guaranteed 12 games including volleyball, inner tube water polo, rugby-basketball, and floorball. They will also receive a souvenir t-shirt and can attend a catered banquet at the end of the event.

The cost is $15 per player depending on the team size. Spaces are limited.
To register your team, contact Duane Parliament, intramural coordinator, 4djp3@queensu.ca

If you do not have a team of 30 but would like to participate, contact Mr. Parliament who will put a team together if enough individuals are interested.
