2011-03-03

PCICS for student administration will be shut down Friday, March 4 at 5 pm and will be unavailable during the weekend. All users will have read-only access on Monday, March 7 and Tuesday, March 8. They can view student records but cannot make any changes or update them.

Access to PCICS for student administration will be permanently shut down as of Wednesday, March 9 and the PeopleSoft student administration system will be in use.

“We want to ensure that PCICS users are aware of these changes as we prepare to implement the PeopleSoft student administration system the week of March 7,” says University Registrar Jo-Anne Brady.

For students, QCARD will be permanently shut down on March 4 at 5 pm. The SOLUS Student Centre will begin operating on Wednesday, March 9. Between those two dates, students will be unable to access any QCARD services.

Students are encouraged to complete their QCARD transactions as soon as possible. Courses can still be dropped until Friday, March 4 at 5 pm.
