Queen's welcomes international partners to campus
2011-05-26
Representatives from more than 20 of Queen’s international partners recently attended a campus open house. The visitors, who represented 13 countries, listened to presentations by John Dixon, Vice-Provost (International), Wayne Myles, Executive Director, Queen’s University International Centre, and others. They also had the opportunity to meet with representatives from offices on campus that are responsible for international initiatives. Many of the visitors are in Canada for the Association of International Educators (NAFSA) annual conference and expo that will take place in Vancouver May 29-June 3. The visitors and Queen’s international representatives pose for a group picture before taking an afternoon trolley tour of Kingston.
