University celebrates academic all-star athletes

Athletics and Recreation recently honoured 288 student-athletes who achieved Academic All-Star status in 2011-12. Thirty-one per cent of all Queen’s varsity athletes earned at least an 80 per cent (3.5 grade-point) average over the past academic year. Queen’s was one of only five schools in Canada with more than 100 Academic All-Canadians in the past season. More information
