Decision nears on Northern Gateway pipeline: Queen's University expert
Queen’s University energy policy expert Warren Mabee is available to comment on the Northern Gateway pipeline deal that seems poised for approval as the deadline nears. Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s cabinet must make the decision by midnight tomorrow night.
The $6.5 billion pipeline will carry diluted bitumen from Alberta’s oil sands across British Columbia.
Dr. Mabee, the director of the Queen’s University Institute for Energy and Environmental Policy, will review the decision and be available to comment afterwards.
