Catherine Conaghan
Professor Catherine Conaghan, Associate Director of Queen’s Centre for the Study of Democracy and specialist in Latin American politics, will be teaching a course entitled Problems in American Democracy this fall. Her dual citizenship (American/Canadian) gives her particular insight on the current U.S. electoral campaigns.
Her most recent publication is "Cashing In on Authoritarianism: Media Collusion in Fujimori's Peru," Harvard International Journal of Press/Politics 7, 1 (Winter 2002): 115-125.
