Expert: Risk taking and flying

These days we are constantly confronted with risky situations. Dr. Gerald Wilde, a Queen’s psychologist and author of Target Risk: Dealing with the danger of death, disease and damage in everyday decisions is an expert in how people behave in the face of risk. He has studied what factors influence risk associated with flying and what comes into play in determining how people recover from disaster situations.
