Keystone pipeline

2011-11-17

Queen’s University School of Policy Studies professor Warren Mabee is available to discuss the environmental concerns surrounding the Keystone pipeline.

“Americans are becoming more concerned about their environment and about oil pipe lines and fossil fuel infrastructure. These concerns are now starting to affect major policy and business decisions,” says Dr. Mabee.

Dr. Mabee, who is the director of the Queen’s University Institute for Energy and Environmental Policy, has authored numerous studies examining policy for renewable energy options, and has provided expert advice to both federal and provincial governments on the development of strategies to reduce our reliance upon fossil energy sources.
