Premiers conference starts today in Halifax: Queen's University expert


Queen’s University expert Andre Juneau is available to talk about the premiers meeting in Halifax where they hope to strike a common economic plan. Prime Minister Stephen Harper has declined to attend the meeting which starts today (Friday).

Mr. Juneau (who speaks French and English) is the director of the Institute of Intergovernmental Relations at Queen’s University (a centre for research on all aspects of federalism and intergovernmental relations).
