Wikileaks and Canada-U.S. relations

Queen’s University political studies professor Kim Nossal is available to discuss the upcoming release of classified documents by Wikileaks and its impact on Canada-U.S. relations.

Washington officials have reportedly warned Ottawa that the next round of released documents could contain compromising conversations with political dissidents and allies. Dr. Nossal is an expert in Canada-U.S. relations, Canadian foreign policy and defence policy. He is the former head of the Queen’s Department of Political Studies.
