A night of Indian culture and cuisine at Queen's2009-08-14

Chef Hari Nayak will share recipes from his widely acclaimed book, Modern Indian Cooking, at Leonard Hall during an evening filled with music, culture and delicious food.
The event, hosted by Queen's Hospitality Services, takes place on Nov. 21, starting at 4:30 pm. The evening will also include henna artwork, and performances from the Queen's Indian Student Association dance team.
Hari has trained under world renowned chefs like Albert Adria of El Buli and Marcus Samuelson of Aquavit. His innovative and passionate approach to cooking has charmed his fans and helped him gain worldwide popularity.
