Queen's Accessibility Committee accepting member nominations
Vice Principals Patrick Deane, Roderick Morrison and Andrew Simpson are now accepting nominations from the Queen's community to serve as members of the Queen's Accessibility Committee, for a two-year term, commencing September 1.
The Committee brings together community members and representatives of various University groups working collectively to make Queen's University accessible for people with disabilities.
Nominees can be students, staff or faculty. In keeping with the spirit of Ontario's accessibility legislation, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, the Vice Principals seek nominations of persons with disabilities to help ensure their fulsome representation on the Committee.
