Associate, Policy and Appeals

Reporting to the University Ombudsman, the Associate, Policy and Appeals provides advice regarding relevant policies and procedures, advises and facilitates communication at the informal stage of dispute resolution, responds to queries raised by students, staff, or senior and academic administrators, and may refer the matter to the appropriate advisor or to the Ombudsman.
