If you are a first-year Queen’s student living in an on-campus residence, Residence Orientation is how you get to spend your first few days at Queen’s!
Residence Orientation begins on Move-In Day, Sunday, September 2, and goes until Tuesday, September 4. During these three days, your don – a senior student who lives in residence with you on your floor - will lead you through lots of activities and events that will introduce you to life at Queen’s and the Kingston community that will become your home away from home!
During Residence Orientation, you’ll have a chance to
- get settled in your room
- get to know the other students living on your floor
- get the inside scoop from upper year students as you tour Queen’s campus
Please note that because Residence Orientation is a part of living in residence, no extra registration is necessary!
