Internal Review Process

Each application submitted will be adjudicated by two expert reviewers. Funding recommendations by the reviewers will be submitted to the Vice President, Health Sciences Research for final decision. In assessing applications, priority will be given to requests for seed funding for pilot projects expected to lead to and strengthen applications to external funding agencies, rather than to fill shortfalls in ongoing research programs. Requests for equipment that will benefit multiple investigators are also encouraged.

More information about the review process can be found here. An example of an adjudication worksheet can be found on the KGH Funding Opportunities website (under 'other resources').
