Please note that to participate in the CIHR-PHSI grant, researchers must secure partner funding from a non-CIHR source. Please visit this CIHR webpage for a complete list of the 2014 PHSI partners (including the MOHLTC). Canada Common CV

    Important note regarding CVs:

For the internal MOHLTC application (due August 25), you will need to use the MOHLTC – PHSI CCV template. To find the template:

    1. Log into the CCV site
    2. Go to CV (to left-hand corner in the header)
    3. Select FUNDING CV
    4. Select funding source - MOHLTC
    5. Select CV type - PHSI

There are also 2 templates that are needed for the CIHR ResearchNet application (found using the steps above, but using CIHR as the funding source). The CVs that team members need to fill out depend on their role. A Project Leader needs to complete a Project Biosketch CV and a Project Expert needs to submit a Project Expert CV (but only if they will be named in CIHR funding decision documents).

In summary, there are 3 different kinds of CV that apply to this application:

    • MOHLTC - PHSI CV (used for the MOHLTC application)
    • CIHR - Project BioSketch CV (for project leaders - used in CIHR ResearchNet application)
    • CIHR - Project Expert CV (for project experts - used in CIHR ResearchNet application)
